Payment on invoice should be made to Event Dynamics within 14 days.  Your invoice must be paid before attendance at conference, or your registration will be cancelled.  Payment may be made by direct credit to our bank account:

Please use your invoice number as your reference.


If you wish to transfer your registration from a virtual registration to an in person registration (or vice versa), please contact us to make this change.  Cost difference will be applied at the current conference rates, as at the date you contact us.


If you wish to cancel your registration for the IoD 2022 Annual Leadership Conference, you must contact us via email. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 30 days prior to conference: a refund will be given, minus a 25% administration fee.
• Within 30 days of conference: no refund will be given.

Any accommodation cancelled within 30 days of the conference will not be refunded.


Under current NZ Government guidelines, everyone attending in-person events is required to be fully vaccinated and show a My Vaccine Pass on arrival. The IoD will follow any guidelines that are in place at the time of this event.

If you register for the IoD 2022 Conference, you also agree to adhere to our safety measures in place to mitigate the risk of spreading Covid-19. These measures are based on NZ Government guidance around physical distancing, good hygiene practices and contact tracing.

If you are unwell, have any COVID-19 symptoms, or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result please do not attend this event. Please contact to arrange transfer, substitution or refund of your registration.


Under the current framework, we cannot run the IoD conference in a red traffic light setting. If this were to occur at the time of the conference, the IoD would deliver the event in an entirely online format. Your registration will automatically be transferred to our virtual option and a partial refund issued (difference based on the price you paid at time of registration and virtual price).


We may photograph and/or video the event and images may be used in (but not limited to), IoD promotional materials, social media and website. If you or the person you are booking on behalf of, do not grant the release of your or their image, please contact the event organiser. 

Registration includes a ticket to the conference gala dinner on Wednesday 5 May (excluding virtual registration). Additional dinner tickets may be purchased for $99 incl GST. Accommodation is available at Cordis Hotel and can be booked when you register. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
